Unlawful debit orde

I have logged a complained with standerdbank last week Wednesday there is a debit order on my mothers account the account which I have signing 100% signing power over however they failed to tell me who deduct the money, they told me the debit order cant be reversed because it was debited as prepaid money debit however we have no contract phones or we don't ever buy prepaid electricity via cell phone banking the lady I was dealing with at the brunch tried to escalated it to the department they told her that they do not deal with debit orders now R2350 is gone within the last 3months who knows how long this money was debited from this account and nobody at standerdbank can give me answers. If they don't know what happened to the money its not they clients fault it need to be refunded the person who was suppose to check where the debit order came from could not provide a number she or he give the number for general enquiries at standerdbank if this complained is not taken seriously my next step would be the Obutsman. My mom I sick she can go from brunch to brunch she cant even walk that is why I logged this query.
