ON THE 13/06/2013 I PURCHASED A LUNCH MEAL AT CHICKEN LICKEN ALBERTON NO 83 VOORTREKKER ROAD I PLACED AN ORDER WITH PHULE I REQUEST ORIGINAL MEAL A BREAST AND A WING I THEN RECIEVED THE FOOD FROM THEM ONLY TO SEE THE CHICKEN LICKEN LOOKS OLD ONE PIECE WAS BLACK THATS THE 1ST FAULT AS ABOVE I REQUESTED BREAST & WING PARTS THEY SEND ME DRUMSTICK AND BREAST I THAN CONTACTED PHULE AND TOLD HIM ABOUT THE SITUATION HE SAID ALL THE CHICKEN LOOKS LIKE THAT AND THAT I MUST SEND IT BACK HE WILL GIVE ME A REFUND I THEN SEND IT BACK AND HE REFUNDED ME. TODAY 23/07/2013 I CALLED TO PLACE AN ORDER PHULE ANSWERED THE PHONE AGAIN I REQUESTED A LUNCH MEAL AGAIN PHULE THAN ASKED ME IF IM NOT GONNA SEND THE FOOD BACK AGAIN AS I ALWAYS HAVE A PROBLEM I THAN ASKED HIM WHO IS THE CUSTOMER IM PAYING FOR WHAT I WANT ITS NOT LIKE YOU GIVING ME THE FOOD FOR FREE I HAVE A RIGHT TO COMPLAIN IF THE FOOD IS NOT UP TO MY STANDARD HE THEN TOLD ME I SHOULD FIRST COME HAVE A LOOK AT THE CHICKEN TO SEE IF ITS WHAT I WANT BECAUSE IT LOOKS THE SAME LIKE MY LAST INCIDENT IM NOT HAPPY BECAUSE WE SUPPORT THEM ALOT AND THIS IS HOW THEY GIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
