The last 3 times I have been to McDonald's Longbeach Mall I have had nothing but bad service.
The first incident when I was trying to place my order the lady taking orders thought she was a psychic and was telling me what my order was going to be rather than shutting up and listening.
The next Incident was about 2 weeks later our psychic lady listens to the order, which was a 2 cheese burger McValue meal and a Large McChicken meal. After discovering that the order was wrong I reversed back up the drive through and gave the staff a piece of my mind. The manager then told me that it was my fault for saying a double cheese burger meal and not a 2 cheese burger meal, when it was his staff's incompetence.
The latest Incident was this weekend where I once again ordered a 2 cheese burger McValue meal, except this time the one burger had no patty on. I took the burgers back to the store and they gave me two new burgers. I appreciate this but it does not make up for all the incompetence that I have had to deal with.
I will never go there again and will rather go to the KFC over the road.
