Faulty Debit Card Machine/Charged twice

I've ordered food from Chicken Licken Lenasia South (NTN Centre) couple of months ago and I swiped to pay as I had no cash on me, the machine stated that the transaction was unsuccessful yet I received the SMS notification on my phone that the money was deducted and paid again anyway. The same thing happened to me again this passed weekend and I was told there's a signal problem in the area and I had to sort it out with my bank as there's nothing they can do. This is an inconvenience for me and till this day I have not recovered my money that I've been charged twice for on two occasions. THIS IS UNFAIR AND UNNACCEPTABLE.
