I waited in the queue to be served for 30min then ordered 5 McFlurries & the cashier asked me to wait aside while she assisted other people behind me & prepared their meals. When I asked how long will ma order take she seemed like she had forgotton me & started doing it but when she was done a male in a green top took all my order before it even got to my hands & he added 2 more & took it to the drive through. I'm still waiting & no one came to appologise to me or explain what was going on. I asked for the manager & this guy with a green top came but couldn't even tell me what was going on. I have never seen such a pathetic service ever & worse of all none of the staff had their name tags. This is hillarious more especially to receive such a bad service from even the manager, taking my order that I waited for it for such a long time & doneven bother to explain or apologise. How can such a big branch have a skeleton staff on a month end? Wow, I'm disgusted by this service!
