McDonalds corner of Great north road and Mercury.
I went to McDonalds Last night, wanting to spoil the Family with some McFlurries.
The problem is that the service is Terrible.
The person taking the orders doesn't know the products and can't understand what we order.
We had to repeat the order about 5 times and had to explain to the guy what it is that we want.
We then waited in the queue, this in between the ordering and the payment, this took 30 minutes. Which is unacceptable, as the Drive Through is supposed to be quick and easy.
When we eventually got to the payment booth, the guys did not know what out order was and we once again had to explain to him what we wanted. Again, he does not know the products.
Once he understood what we wanted, he printed our receipt and we paid. We ordered 3 Strawberry cornetto Mcflurries and 2 Chocolate cornetto Mcflurries, really not that difficult to understand.
Another 10 minutes later, we got to the collection point, where we expected to get our good and be off. But instead the person attending to that booth, asked us what our order is and asked for us to provide her with our slip. We waited another 10 minutes when another pe
