My husband & I along with our kids went out to Galleria, we decided to have lunch at Nandos, it was hectic but nevertheless we waited in the long que placed our order & then had to wait for a table, eventually we got a table after 15 minutes which was not clean we called the waiter to clean up she just said ok and walked away, we still waited then we called another waiter to clear up the table they said they are coming but never returned, my husband had to wake up and call the third waiter still nothing was done until the forth waiter came and cleared up the table. We sat and waited for our meals to arrive, as the kids were getting crabby after almost 45 minutes I went to the till and asked and asked for the manager they did call for the manager but the manager did not come, I had to go back to the till and ask another cashier to call the manager, the manager came and I told him I need to go because of a personal issue. The service was really poor, especially at a mall, on weekends they need to get more staff and also know when the seat are full up, because people can not order to sit in and eat when they are no seats available. Really disappointed!!!
