Service and food gone down the drain

This waitress took down our order incorrectly (2 veg schnitzels instead of a veg platter). When she brought a sad looking plate of veg schnitzels, we asked her where's the rest of our meal. She looked confused. We explained to her that we ordered the veg platter. She called the manager and told the manager that we NOW want to change our order to the veg platter, when that is what we had ordered initially!!! The manager just goes to the kitchen and comes back to us to say that they are making the remainder of the meal. She had a blank look on her face and did not apologize. Later, she brings the remainder of our meal and just left the plate on the table and walked away. Extremely rude of her. I was looking forward to this meal as many had spoken about it and it has some of my favourite foods, but my night and meal was ruined because of Zinhle and the manager/supervisors BAD attitude. The results of a badly trained waitress could have been reversed with a smile and an apology, but John Dory's staff do not know what that is. Since then I have not, and will never set foot in John Dory's again.
