On Saturday 13 July, i took my son to get a "take-away" "TEXAN" meal at Mcdonalds in Ottery. I ordered the medium meal and then left, my son ate the chips and drank the cooldrink and when he wante dto start on the burger, we discovered that the "hash brown" was not on the burger, i then drove all the way back to the store and all the Manager said was sorry. He replaced only the chips and cooldrink as i handed in the the burger without the "hash brown"... No disregard for the amount of petrol i had to spend to drive back in order have my order corrected, bearing in mind that its not the st time this has happened. Mcdonalds service is totally pathetic and disgusting.
