Bad attitude of Selma, a floor manage

My Daughter Chantel Breedt is Working at John Dory's as a waitress. Before she was working there this Selma seemed to be nice lady. She is a Indian lady.

She approached us one day and asked us if my daughter Chantel wanted to work at John Dory's.
My daughter accepted the job offer and started the training.

Then Selma offered her a floor manager job and my daughter Chantel said she did want the floor manager job as she do the waitress job the waitress job as she earns more as what the floor manager does.

That is where the bad attitude of Selma the Indian lady started against my daughter.
IWe can not understand why she changed her attitude just because my daughter does not want to be a supervisor or manager at John Dory's

My daughter and we are very disappointed in the attitude of Selma.

Is this what is happening to our children?

How can grown people treat children like this?

A lot of customers is now also aware and for the first time in my life I have a bad taste for this restaurant in Richardsbay as we went to John Dory's a lot.

Can somebody come back to me about this?
