POOR SERVICE

WENT TO JOHN DORY'S GALLERIA ON 13/02/13 FOR THE WEDNESDAY SUSHI SPECIAL. THE RESTAURANT WAS VERY BUSY. WE PLACED OUR ORDER FOR SUSHI WITH THE WAITRESS AND BEEN TOLD OF A SHORT DELAY. THE DELAY WAS 1 1/2 HOUR FOR OUR MEAL. WHEN I MEAL ARRIVED TWO ITEMS WERE MISSING ON OUR PLATE AND WE JUST SAID TO THE WAITRESS THAT WE ARE NOT PREPARED TO WAIT ANOTHER 1 1/2 HOUR FOR OUR MEAL AND JUST CANCEL THOSE TWO ITEMS. THEN WE NOTICED THAT THE PRAWNS WERE OFF IN THE ROLLS WHICH HAD PRAWNS. WE CALLED THE MANAGER AND WE EXPLAINED THAT WE NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE AND THAT THE PRAWNS WERE OFF. HE SAID THAT IT IS NOT OFF AND DID NOT EVEN APOLOGISED FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE. WHEN WE RECEIVED OUR BILL WE NOTICED THAT WE WERE CHARGED FOR THE 2 ITEMS WHICH WE NEVER RECEIVED AND ALSO FOR THE ROTTEN PRAWNS. AFTER A LONG STRUGGLE THE MANAGER AGREED TO REMOVE THESE ITEMS OF OUR BILL. WELL, JOHN DORY'S WONT GET OUR BUSINESS AGAIN AS THIS RESTAURANT HAS POOR SERVICE ON ALL OTHER OCCASIONS WHEN WENT TO JOHN DORY'S.
