On going to John Dory's for a Sunday lunch, we were horribly let down. It took 25 minutes for a simple starter to get to us, which upon arrival was cold! When we finally received our fish of the day (at R90 a meal) we were quite sure we would receive a good meal. Instead, we received a piece of unseasoned, cold, dry and bland fish, with frozen chips that were not cooked through. The entire mean was cold and tasteless. The meal cost us R260 (for 2 of us!!) and left us not ever expecting to go back to John Dory's! What a disappointment. The manager and staff have no clue what customer service is. I will never set foot in that restaurant again. Many of my friends feel the same way!
