On the 18-07 I purchased an ice-cream cone from the KFC on Francois Rd. Upon eating the cone I came across a black substance in the cone. I was on my way home so I stopped at the Malvern branch to lay a complaint. I spoke to the manager and he gladly replaced my cone and I gave my details and informed me he would speak to the manager at Francois Rd. I had to call him after 2 days and it was only then that he gave me a number and told me to speak to a gentleman called Wiseman. I called him and he was aware of the problem and promised to get back to me. I am still awaiting a response from Wiseman Tel. no 0832544978 Thank you.
