Hello
Today, I called Mugg & Bean Norwood Mall because my boyfriend and I wanted pancakes. Knowing that it's a small mall, I called before driving there. The person I spoke to on the phone said emphatically that they close at 5.30pm. So I said thank you and drove there. When I got the mall, the waitress who met us at the entrance told us that they closed at 4.30 pm and that their kitchen staff had already gone home.
This is unacceptable. I did not assume anything. I called to ensure that the kitchen would be open, which is what I asked the person I spoke to. I drove there on the information they gave me. Please help me understand how there can be such miscommunication? If I cannot trust what the employees at your shop say their opening and closing times are, who the do I trust? Service providers need to understand that good service is key. KEY.
