Mugg and bean bad service

I decided to go have lunch at mugg and bean in nelspruit, riverside mall. However I spend the next 30minutes after sitting down with no service at all, and no waiter nor waitress even considered of coming to the table I was sitting at to come and take my order. I am very upset at this kind of service!!! Resulting to me being left hungry, disappointed, as well as very angry!
