This is not the first time that this has happened to me at this specific Mugg & Bean, but this weekend was the last bit to tip me over. I wanted to take my mom for some tea and cake on Sunday 31 March 2013. We arrived there at 17h15. When we wanted to take a seat a waiter told us that they are closing at 18h00. I replied that it is fine, we just want tea and cake and should be done by then. He then replied and said they are actually closed now, because they need to pack up. I understand that it was Easter weekend and all, but it is unacceptable to kick me out 45 minutes prior to you actually closing. As I understand it, when you close at 18h00, that means you close your doors at 18h00, and then only start packing up.
Unfortunately because this is not the first time that this has happened, I will not be taking my mom or anybody else to Mugg & Bean anymore.
