My husband and i went to westwood mall ocean basket last weekend and the service received from the waiter was shocking, it took our starters 20 minutes to get to us, after our starters we never saw him, we had to ask the manager to call him, he never checked if our starters were fine or if we needed more drinks. When he came back we ordered another bottle of wine, we waited for 45 mins and never received our wine or our main courses. My husband decided to leave as he felt this service was disgusting, we walk to the manager and explained what happened, he agreed it was wrong and said to us sorry guys. To top it off, our mains were coming out and the waiter said to the kitchen infront of us, they leaving what must i do! The manager did not seem to bother that we were leaving, that's the last that we will be eating at ocean basket westwood.
