To whom it may concern
I would like to report of the turning away of customers at 17:00 because the staff of Mugg and Bean Festival Mall wish to cash up by 17:45.
I was rudely told when I was about to enter to have a drink at 17:00 that I should be aware that they want to close at 18:00 by a waiter called Willard.
When I asked him what his name was he was rude and I had to ask from the other waiters and the manager.
As a loyal customer (who is also a store owner of Flavio Urbanwear) I believe that your staff is rude, this is the second occasion, the first was being made to move from my tables as they wanted to pack up outside and stack the chair in the corner where I was sitting.
Please advise as to how the unacceptable conduct towards customers will be recitified?
I have reported the matter to the manager on duty today- Lerato.
