Firstly I walked into Kfc to buy food and, whilst standing in line there was a man begging the customers for money, which was scary for me, how can i take out my purse to buy when this man can see the money inside. He can then easily grabb my bag when i walk out. Secondly the ladies at the tills are disorganised, there are so many of the, behind the counter but the service is slow and their attitudes are bad. One of the ladies abandoned her till and went to the back while she saw there was a queue waiting at her till, she didnt excuse herself. When the man standing there for ages asked what was going on she was called by another cashier and came to say "its closed". How does one close a till with people waiting to be served. The lady serving me takes my order without informing me the chips are finsihed then after i had paid she tells me "lets wait for the chips" Really... The gentleman behind me asked why is KFC so slow, then the cashiers started talking about him in zulu saying; "If it was Shoprite or pick and Pay he wasnt going to speak, only because its KFC he can speak". How do employees speak about a customer like that.
