I was just at your zevenwact mall branch and not only was two people helped before me when I was second in line, but that staff seem like they don't care for your customers or your store. We waited 15minutes for our food which was fine but no one called our order number for another 15minutes while the food was sitting there ready. They look tired and miserable! The rib burgers was so not good, it tasted bad just like that store. The tables and chairs is all over the place and dirty, and it's not even busy. I will never ever set foot in that place again! My whole day is spoiled! That's the worst place in that whole food court and I hope they close down, it's really pathetic.
