I would like to express my utter disappointment, in the way this Groupon transaction was dealt with.

Everything was done according to Groupon's timelines, the EFT was paid on the day the Groupon was purchased online. After that we were informed that it had not been processed. But eventually on the 29 January 2013 the matter was dealt with and the voucher was issued.

Then on the 23 February 2013 when we went to Sinns, we produced the voucher, but at the end of the evening, when it was time to settle the bill for the beverages and the service charge. The manager informed us that the voucher was INVALID.

They did not accept the voucher because it did not have a barcode, and we had to settle the bill ourselves!

I would like a new voucher that actually works and that looks like all the other vouchers you've issued, and I would like to be reimbursed for the payment I made on Saturday evening. What an inconvenience!

I sent an email on Monday, 25 February to [Email Removed] with the invalid voucher and the proof of the payment attached and this has still not been resolved!

Please sort this out.
