On Monday tge 09/092013, went to KFC@ 7:05, the store was still closed, asked her what time the store will be opening she said @ 7:00, when I told her it's past 7 already, she gave me attitude, when asked to speak to her manager, she said she is still a trainee. I stood der for a 10 minutes without service, or apaology, while they were struggling to switch on 1 till, when they have numerous tills in the store. I asked her don't the other tills work, only then did she go look to see if they were working. Eventually, when I got to place my order, and it arrived, it was cold, but I left it, cos i was already at the service and attitude of her. This morning again, thinking lets go try KFC again, helped by the same lady, still stinking attitude, shop opened again way after 7, she never had change for a R50.00, called her manager, manager took her own time, and there was a line behind me. I told her I wanted a coke, she wanted to bring me a Fanta, then to top it all off, gave me the wrong change. What kind of people do you employee? If your times say 7, don't it mean 7? Don't they have change/float in the morning when they start? What does Customer Service mean to KFC?
