I won a voucher for R120 to eat at Primi Priatti. When I walked into the restaurant I told our waiter straight away that I would be paying with the voucher, he confirmed that it would be ok. We placed our order which was told to us by our waiter the special was buy one medium pizza get one free, so we placed an order for one medium and the other one would be free. The manager then comes to us and tells us we cannot use the voucher because there is new ownership. After arguing the with the manager they eventually let me use my voucher. Then when we received our order which was suppose to be one medium pizza and one free medium pizza, all of a sudden 2 large pizzas and 2 medium pizzas were brought to our table. The order was completely messed up and when I wanted to complain again our waiter was nowhere to be found. So we ended up having to pay for pizzas we did not order. I think this is disgusting service and I will never eat there again.
