I made a booking to eat at nuvo cuisine on 15 February. I booked a table. When me and my boyfriend got there i had to wait about 2minutes for a waiter to actually greet us at the door. I the gave them my name for the booked table. We were led into a room with tables, stood there to be waited to be told what table is ours. The one waiter gave our waiter a table to carry, left both of us standing there not knowing where we are suppose to sit?? Since when do you get treated in a restaurant like that?? The website advertises this place as 5*. It is 3* at most!!! We immediately left, there wasnt even anyone there to complain to. They were all running around and the owner asked on the way out, is there a problem. WOW, Great five star service guys!!!
