Had a booking for Saturday night 18:00. Arrived there and was escorted to our seats in the main building near the fire. After 10 minutes called another waiter to ask if any waiters worked that area and could we have service. All the time there was waiters standing around and partying at the bar area and the venue was not busy. Eventually a waiter arrived and we gave him our groupon voucher. He disappeared once again and we had to asked other waiters again just to bring us a menu or something, I mean the whole idea of groupon is advertise your business. Eventually the waiter arrived again with one menu, we were two people and did not even bother to ask us if we want to order starters or anything else of the menu. The food was tasty but it was only a platter for one, I would not pay R260 for such little food. The voucher's value was R260 and the menu only displayed R130 for a platter so what happened to teh rest of the R130. And each time we wanted anything we had to call another waiter because our waiter was just not ever at our table.
