Andiamo
Poor service

I am a regular customer at Andiamo, and have been for more than 7 years. I know what to expect. But had the worst service ever last night.
I was seated with a menu, but had to summon a waiter after 15min of waiting to place a drinks order. Then I had to wait to eventually get a reaction from our waiter who once again had a poor attitude. When the food arrived, it was placed on our table without inquiry as to any condiments, and again I had to summon a waiter for parmesan. Once we finished I could see our waiter standing in the restaurant chatting to the other waiters, not getting a reaction.
I eventually had to get up to request service. Which is unacceptable. Less than 20% of the restaurant was full, and there was no reason for poor service.
I am a big fan of the food, and have aways supported Andiamo and hope that this culture of poor service will stop breaking down an otherwise very good restaurant.
