Hi I went to milky lane Cavendish on the 08 August 2013, paid for my waffle and the transaction went off on my side but not on there system, after having a huge argument with the really rude owner of the store I had to walk away without my product and my money, I then called the customer care line on the 12th to lay a compliant, Craig contacted me to handle the complaint... I was refunded my money a whole week later but now looking at my phone bill I should have just tell them keep the money for the waffle as it cost me more to get the money back than what the actual waffle cost. I mean really they compensate a customer who was given really bad service and disgusting rude attitude in front of a center full of people with nothing more than a refund and an email a week later with not even a genuine apology.
