What a disappointment Milky Lane has become - I now see so many complaints about their food & service and yet nothing seems to change. My husband & I went for a date night last night at Cavendish Mall - as a treat we went to Milky Lane to have one of your famous waffles! Well, we WILL NOT be going back to that Milky Lane or ANY OTHER Milky Lane! What has happened to your food quality? The waffles served are so thin they might as well be biscuits - not to mention the size - your waffles used to full a plate to the edge but now they are so tiny you need a microscope to see your food! The staff at Cavendish were rude, unfriendly & basically had such a bad attitude! My chocca chino tasted like dishwashing soap - I couldn't drink it! It is so sad that an iconic brand has become so unworthy!!! We will definitely be letting everyone we know not to bother ever setting foot at a Milky Lane - ever!!! So sad!!!
