As a couple visiting carnival city after many years, I noticed a milky lane store and decided to eat there.
I had ordered 2 savoury waffles which has been our favourite waffle for many years, however the waffle tasted grainy and even made us feel sick soon after consumption, we therefore rushed home and had to end our day out as well as stay home the entire weekend while being ill. The plates were chipped and the store did not even have salt and pepper available for seasoning. Milky lane has always been our choice since we were kids, but not any more. I have previously contacted the milky lane group yet no responses have been received.
Pathetic!!! goes to show how much the store and head office care about their customers.
