My wife and I pop in at Milky lane on the 24th July Wednesday for a waffle. As we entered the store there was no one to greet us, so we sat down and waited for attendance. Few minutes later "someone" come with menus. We don't know who she never told us her name, she never greeted us, she never welcomed us and she ran off. We ordered 2 waffles and 2 teas, she brought us I pot with two cups (must be on a budget) so anyway, : we waited for the waffles one waffle came first I gave to my wife and expecting the other to follow, it came 5 minutes later (really now) I had expected both to come the same time. She brought me the waffle with no explanation why the other waffle was 5 minutes late than my wifes waffle. We ate she never checked on us. When we were done went to the counter to pay, as you would no it we see here at the back kicking up a storm with friends chatting and going on like we never were there. Better shape up your service in this time and age things are hard and good service goes a long way and you will always have customer retention, but not from us anyway and never never never again at This Milky Lane at Fourways mall... Forget it!!!
