My daughter and I love going to Milky Lane and last week Saturday there was hair inside a waffle. This was returned and the waiter showed this to the manager and there was communication back to me as a customer. They just prepared another waffle and did not show any consideration to me as a customer. After that i did'nt even want to eat the food.
I paid for the meal and left shortly thereafter.
I filed in my comments on the till slip of my dis-satisfaction and to date have not received any feedback from the store. I wonder if the till slips are reviewed for comments and feedback.
