Nandos did not action request, interogated me before acknowleding that they are wrong and should replace my food, agreed to deliver the free order but did not pitch and that was after i called them i don't know how many times. I winded getting the food at 22:00 at night since i have been calling from 19:00 and being told that the food is on it's way.
There was no call to apologise again the folowing day and try and make it up to me as a client who buys Nandos i don't know how many times a week. This is Nandos The Glen branch, it was teh first time i was ordering with them, i ususally order with Southgate or Ormonde and they are so good because they know that i am their customer for long and a loyal one, the Glen's service was and i demand an apology from someone higher and a voucher to make up for the trouble for two days in a row
