On the 25th August we went to KFC Springsgate and order our meal and a Chicky meal for my son. The staff member, Zizipho said that they didnt have any toys for the Chicky Meals. I told her if I can come and get it the week after as it is after all the reason why I would buy a Chicky meal. She said yes but she would need to retain my slip to show her manager. She put my cellphone number on the slip and said she would contact me otherwise I could come to collect the toy on the following tuesday. I left it the week and went in on the Sunday the 1st of September. I waited ages to be served. Other people came in before me and got helped before me. My fiance kicked up a stink and thats when I spoke with a staff member regarding the toy I have come to collect for my son. He called the so-called manager, Clifford. Clifford said it is very unfortunate but KFC no longer give toys with their Chicky Meals. I find that extremely pathetic and dont think that is true at all. How come I was not told that the week before and how come you are still advertising Chicky meals with toys. Very dissapointed in KFC especially the said branch who I find highly unproffessional!
