No toy in chicky meal as advertised

About a week ago we visited the kfc in phillip nel park to treat our kids to three kids meals
with our surprise the sales person hadent told us they had no toys for the chicky meal
when we reached home and noticed the kids were so upset we drove back to phillip nel park
thinking they forgot to add them, the manager ellen and salesperson tebogo both never wanted to take resposibility and solve the problem, and in turn were not helpful at all
we buy kfc regularly and i am very upset about this a kids meal is a treat and without a toy
is not a treat anymore.

dont false advertise if you say a toy with every chicky meal notify us if you dont have we will by a kids meal somewere else and please train your staff to be customer orientated . if they apologised and told me to collect the toy some other time i would have.
