I'm very disappointed in KFC Irene Mall, this is definitely the LAST time that I will go to that KFC, as this one is close by I will rather go to another one.
For the second time there was no toys for the chicky meals - ONLY OLD TOYS THAT IS MORE THAN A YEAR OLD it's as they just want to satisfied the children but actually they driven the kids to McDonalds because those toys MEAN something and the children can play with it, not just another same toy as last week, last year or year before, the children are getting bored with the same old KFC toys.
BUT WHAT DISAPPOINTED ME THE MOST - the mash and gravy or was GRAVY!!! We're supposed to get MASH and gravy but we only received gravy that is totally unacceptable and very disappointed. We had to turned back for something that they did not even put in our bag and to turn back a second time the KFC will cost as more what we actually payed.
We expected more from this KFC as this is a NEW KFC.
