Providing False Information

About three weeks back I visited the KFC in Comaro Crossing, bought a chicky meal for my son and paid for it. When I got to the last window (drive through) and enquired about the toy, I was told that the first cashier should have told me that they were out of stock. Anyway, that lady made a note on my till slip and told me to come back the next day to collect the toy. So, I went back the next day with my receipt and the note on it saying "collect toy". The cashier tells me that all the franchises have STOPPED givings toys with their kiddies meal and that the previous cashier made a mistake by telling me to come back. I asked her how this was possible and why didn't they say anything when I bought the meal on the previous night? She called the assistant manager who blatantly told me that he couldn't do anything. I basically wasted my time and money going back there when they could have told me the truth initially. Not impressed and very disappointed in their service and attitude.
