On Monday, 5 August 2013, we purchased two Chicky meals, the Twister, from KFC on Broadway, Durban North. The lady that was assisting appeared to be training as she required a lot os assistance and made mistakes. On our way home we realised that the we had not been served what we ordered. The Chicky meal, was only the Twister. The drinks (two Coke Lights) were charged seperately. We therefore did not get the 350ml water AND the fruit stick that actaully comes with a Chicky Twister Meal.
KFC should not do "live" training as this would not have happened if we were served by someone that knew what they were doing. The Manager theat was there at the time, if i am not mistkaen, was one Mbali.
