Usually a drive thru experience is supposed to be a comfortable one, but on this day it wasn't. Starting with the lady taking the order that took the order wrong, to the next person at the next window. I asked for 2 chicky meal with apple juice and received on meal with orange juice, when I order another one at the last window they said I can"t pay with my card there, I have to get out and go into the shop. When I got into the shop the meal was supposed to cost R30, 90 and she charged me R31, 95, then we waited for about 10 minutes for her to restart her till to do the transaction again. Eventually I left, just to realise (after my children asked for it) that they were supposed to get toys with their meals. ( Where they supposed to???) This was a terrible experience and this particular branch will never see me again!!!
