Bad attitude

Going for lunch at Ocean Basket Key west on Thursday 24th Jan. 3 tables in the restaurant.

Starts off by a great welcome. Then it begins

1. No castle lite
2. No Soya sauces (green bottle)
3. Credit card machine issue
These kind of these can go wrong but it is how you handle it. Castle ok so you ran out of stock. Soya sauce get told at least they honest and don't just put any soya sauce in a bottle even though its not what the label says.

3, now to pay, yes sure the credit card machine can go down but its how it is handled. Manager sitting doing some kind of paper work, waiter walking up and down trying the two machines, we go and see what the problem is we bluntly get told its out of her hands and we will "just have to go draw money"
Attitude of the lady manager who never had a name badge on was the last draw, we are not doing her a favour we are paying for a service received. Signing and with great effort she attempts to do a manual transaction after saying she cant do it.

Ocean basket has been around for years and i enjoy your food but with Managers like this i will not go back to Key West and i will not recommend it.

Problems occur, its how its handled!
