08/08/2013 Decided to have lunch at Ocean Basket maerua. The food in my option was disgusting- they clearly need a new chef! My meal was drenched in 'Butter and garlic. More butter than anything else. I could not taste the Seafood at all- My husband mentioned this to the hostess and she advised we had to request without 'sauce'- this was not mentioned by the waiter at all. Then went on to comparing meals at Spur: 'with or without sauce'
Sushi was extremely dry and tasteless too.
Ocean Baskets standards have dropped. Sorry i will not be having a meal there again.
