Pathetic Service

I never had a problem with the ocean basket brand but the Gateway branch does not live up to the standards of Ocean Basket. Myself and 2 other people decided to have dinner at Gateway Ocean basket. The waitress was full of attitude and did not write down the order resulting in me having to repeat the order twice and she even forget the sushi and says its not her fault. When our food came at about 20:55 we were then told that the kitchen is closing and if there's anything else we need to order asap (please note the time). Not to mention the food it seemed such a hurry job, ( forgive me if I am wrong) we had line fish which was full of bones and we had never experienced this at any other branches, secondly the platter would be overflowing in sauce, the platters we order hardly had any lemon butter sauce, thirdly the rice was so overcook it tasted like pap. When we address the concern to the waitress, she advised the manager on duty, who had no time to come to the table and speak to us directly. None of us finished our food it was to horrible to finish up and the waitress even asked my fiance if she can pack the food as take away It was total waste of money, I am totally disappointed
