We ordered from Debonairs alberton we placed the order @ 18:20. I understand it take long but at 19:30 when we phoned to find out what's happening they said he already left. So we waited untill 19:55 the driver arrived. When we received our pizza the dot on the box was black I phoned the store spoke to Mpho the manager she said that if the dot is black I will get a R10 discount that is not what its saying on the box. " Quality promise on presentation if the dot is not red your pizza is free" how can that be the case if we wait so long for the pizza to arrive. And we don't even stay.10 min away from the place. It not that its our first time ordering from there we have ordered on month end and it hasn't't even taken so long so what the is this about now
