I went to McDonald's Hillfox this afternoon to buy supper for my family and decided to use the drive through.
even though there was only 2 cars in front of me and none others in the line, nor was the parking lot full (hence not overly busy in the store itself) the line was moving a bit on the slow side.
Once reaching the front, I was asked to wait in the "waiting" zone as my order was still not ready.
1 x beef share box
4 x cheese burgers
after 4 minutes of being in the "waiting zone" the assistant came with just the share box and no cheese burgers.
I went into the store to find out where the rest of my order is and had to wait while the staff served 2 clients that where not there before me.
I then asked for the manager and was asked by the one staff member how they may help me, after confirming if they where the manager I was referred to a different staff member.
when I questioned where the remainder of my order was, I was offered 1 ice-cream.
I have just ordered a family meal and 4 x extra burgers and I am offered 1 ice-cream. my response was, it I wanted ice-cream I would have ordered it!
This was a completely disgusting experience for an internationally acclaimed bran
