We went to Spur in the Glen Shopping Centre last night at around 19:15 to get supper. When we arrived we went to stand at the door of the side where the kiddies play area is to be seated or at least greeted. There were other people standing there as well and I could see they were upset. I then asked them if they were helped and they said no. I then looked across at the other door of the Spur restaurant and there were about 8 waiters standing there like statues looking at us as if we from another planet. I then started asking if we can please get assistance and why the heck they are just standing there looking pretty and not assisting customers. Do you not want our business? They then still just looked at us and the one said that they are assisting on the other side, but I mean hello, you are working for ONE SPUR and service the same customers... wake up! We then stood there and left after a few minutes and went to Spur at Brackenhurst where we were greeted and assited even before we even entered the door. Your Spur and you need to train your staff on how to welcome customers and deliver a service. This is not on and not the first time we experiencing bad service by you!
