We booked a function for 90 people, which is a lot more people than they normally have in the restaurant. After the function, when I wanted to settle the rest of the bill (I paid 50% deposit beforehand), the manager, Johan, argued with me about the amount of people. I had 92 people and he said that the WAITERS told him that there was 98 people. I even showed him my list of guestm, where i ticked off the people who attended. After 30 minutes, he accepted my amount and then took forever to work out (on a calculator), what I owed. This happened while at least 5 other waiters was hanging around ALSO trying to work out what the amount should be. What do they have to do with it anyway? Eventually, he reached the same amount that I did and I paid via credit card. My credit card slip was torn and I requested a re-print. The machine was passed from waiter to waiter and no one knew how to do the reprint. One female waiter told me to accept the slip as is and that a reprint was not necessary. I disagreed and asked again for a reprint but they refused, afterwhich I finally lost my temper. Really poor service and the manager keeps hiding from customers.
