I am very unhappy that an up-class place like Katzys gave such bad service. I had ordered a drink at the bar after receiving the drinks I asked for my bill so I could pay. I waited patiently and asked again 15 min later the waiters carried on ignoring me by serving other customers of which then I had walked away and returned to the dance floor as I didn't come to wait for the bill so I could pay I came to have a good time. After about 30min the same waiter approaches me on the dance floor in front of all my friends pushes the credit card machine in my face and tells me to pay without providing me with a bill. I had then asked to please go and fetch my bill so I can see what I'm paying for. As he left I went straight to one of the guys who seemed to be the manager and told my story I didn't get any assistance he just called another lady who also pushed the credit card machine in my face to pay my bill I was very very upset that I was not even given an apology by the waiter or the guy I spoke to the waiter just walked away. I paid my bill told whoever was in front of me a mouthful and walked away when I was about to leave katzya black guy came up to me as the manager and apologised.
