We just eat at copper canon spur in germiston, when we entered and sat down our waiter did not introduce himself to us. We then told him that we will be 5 people. He then said that they have run out of menus and can only bring 2. We had not even sit down and the manager was already at our table, we how ever did not see him for the rest of the night. My husband and his friend ordered the rib and wing special, knowing this the waiter did not bring extra wet wipes or serviettes. We had to ask several people for serviettes and wet wipes, no-one brought any. When my husband asked for n refill he received rids with no basting on it. I used the bathroom this was dirty. When we left we were informed that there was a function there for one of the schools if we knew this before hand we would not have gone there. Our waiter was not able to handle the amount of tables and people. This was not the first time we had this bad service at copper canon spur. I will not go there again.
