I took my family to Stone Cradle for my birthday, and confirmed many times before the actual date, that all is in order. When we got to the restaurant, they took me and my family to our table, when we got to our table number, it was set for 4 people, and there me and my family ( - 12 people) stood in the middle of the restaurant. The waiter went back to reception and returned with the manager (while we stood there), then they realised they have made the booking to an incorrect table number. Then we were directed to stand outside and wait while they re-set a new table for us. (Looking totally stupid in front of my family).
When I asked the manager what he is going to do about this whole mess they have made, he said, "oh, I'm sorry".
When we went to pay at reception there were nobody there, we waited for 10 minutes, then all the waiters at once appeared at the front desk, just looking at the computer screen... Then another manager appeared, struggling herself, then we got our bill, then we wanted to pay via card, then the machine did not work... What more???
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE STAFF AND EXPERIENCE - NEVER AGAIN
