Whilst having drinks with friends and family one Friday at News Cafe on Jean Avenue Centurion, we requested the bill and paid for it, we repeated this about 3-4 times that evening, when we requested the last bill the waiter said that our transaction would not go through as we exceeded our swiping limit, After a few drinks I was unaware that the problem was not solved and as I got into my car there was the Waiter in the car on the backseat!!! it turns out that the manager requested that he come to the ATM with me to withdraw cash to pay the bill! in shock I confronted the manager about this and asked why she did not have a Over-ride card for her card machine??? she eventually brought out another EFT machine and the transaction went through! Disgusting and Unprofessional service, No name badges on staff, the female manager was in a Leopard print jacket! has absolutely no people skills and DOWNRIGHT RUDE!!! It was my first and last visit.
