Two of my friends and I visited the Spur on West Street Durban for the Lunch time special. We had restricted time therefore we advised our waiter and confirmed the regulations of the special before we ordered. Our meal was brought to us in 15 mins however it was not as we specified for it to be. We had clearly advised him on how the steak should have been prepared. The waiter took back the meal and took a further 20 mins to re-do the meal. We requested to speak to a manager. The manageress, Precious arrived. She was rude, loud and abrupt from the beginning. We explained our dissatisfaction to her and instead of offering a solution to us, she asked us what it was that we wanted her to do about it. She caused a scene, by screaming at us and embarrassing us although we explained politely what had occurred. She eventually yelled at the waiter, who didn't even deserve it whilst customers could hear her. She is unprofessional and it was pathetic the way she behaved! Our experience caused us to never return to that branch. This manageress should be trained thoroughly on customer service and no other customer should experience this treatment from her!
